Introducing ``Surviving 2025 Together`` Support Meeting

TL;DR: Things are rough; let’s come together and support one another.

So many of us are in need of genuine connection with others right now. It restores our humanity, provides hope, and helps us feel less alone.

Community and connection is the antidote to what we’re feeling. It is the armor, and it is the salve. Dehumanization thrives on isolation and disconnection.

You may feel nervous about the idea of discussing personal stuff in a group of strangers. That’s pretty normal. Here are some things to keep in mind:

  1. You are welcome to give it a try and decide it’s not for you.
  2. You will never be forced to share anything you don’t want to.
  3. Sometimes people find it much easier to talk about things with strangers than they do with their own friends and family.
  4. In my experience over many years of running groups, most of the time people are very nervous to join, but are so glad they did.
